What is the cost of the Monsha Enterprise plan for schools?
The Monsha Enterprise plan offers volume-based pricing for schools, districts, and institutions. It includes unlimited AI tools, admin controls, dedicated support, and custom integrations.

Can we do a school-wide trial before making a decision?

What if my school doesn't get an Enterprise plan? Can I still access premium features?
Yes! You can subscribe to the PRO plan individually, on a monthly or yearly basis, even if your school doesn’t use Monsha at the Enterprise level.
If you’re part of a group, department, or team within a school, the TEAM plan is the best fit for simplified billing, access controls, and collaboration.
How do I cancel my PRO subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Monsha account under Settings → Subscription. There’s no need to contact support or fill out forms. Your plan will simply end at the next billing cycle.

What are AI credits?
AI credits are used whenever you do something in Monsha that involves AI, such as creating courses, lessons, class materials, or images, or when you ask AI to edit or chat with your content.
Each task uses a different amount of credits depending on how much AI power it needs.
How can I get more AI credits?
During your PRO trial, you receive 50 AI credits to explore all features. If you move to the FREE plan afterward, you’ll continue to get 50 AI credits each month.
You can get more AI credits by upgrading to the PRO or TEAM plan.
Is there a discount on annual billing?
Yes. The PRO plan offers a 50% discount when billed annually ($10/month instead of $20). The TEAM plan is billed yearly only, with a similar discounted rate of $12/month.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and a few regional payment methods, depending on your location and browser.
For Enterprise customers we also accept bank transfers in USD, EUR, and GBP.
What happens to my content if I downgrade or cancel my subscription?
Your content always remains in your account. You can still view, edit, and export it anytime, though some features will be limited until you upgrade again.
